Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: March 15, 2025

Muvr is committed to making our websites, mobile applications, and digital services accessible to people with disabilities. We work to provide an inclusive experience for all users and to improve accessibility over time.

This Accessibility Statement applies to Muvr’s websites, mobile applications, and other online services that link to or reference this statement (collectively, the “Platform”).

1) Our accessibility goals

We aim to design and maintain the Platform so it can be used by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, speech recognition software, screen magnifiers, and alternative input devices.

Where feasible and appropriate, we seek to align our digital experiences with generally recognized accessibility standards, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Because accessibility is an ongoing effort, we may not always meet every guideline across all areas of the Platform, but we are committed to continuous improvement.

2) Accessibility features and best practices

We use a combination of design, development, and testing practices intended to support accessibility, which may include:

  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful non text content where feasible
  • Supporting keyboard navigation for core functionality where feasible
  • Maintaining logical heading structure and readable page layouts
  • Ensuring sufficient color contrast where feasible
  • Building forms and interactive components with accessible labels and focus states
  • Testing key user flows with assistive technologies where feasible

We may rely on third party services, content, or integrations that are not fully controlled by Muvr. Accessibility for those components may vary. When we can, we encourage third parties to provide accessible experiences and we work to mitigate issues that materially impact core workflows.

3) Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content, pages, or features may not be fully accessible. Examples can include:

  • Certain legacy pages or older content
  • Some third party tools, embedded content, or external links
  • Dynamic elements that may behave differently across devices and assistive technologies

We prioritize fixes based on safety, core booking and service workflows, severity, and frequency of impact.

4) How to request assistance or report an accessibility issue

If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Platform or want to report an accessibility issue, please contact us and we will work with you to provide support and to improve the experience.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • The page URL or the name of the feature or screen in the app
  • A description of the issue and what you were trying to do
  • The assistive technology you use (for example, screen reader name and version) and your device and browser or operating system
  • Any screenshots or recordings that may help us understand the issue (if you are able to provide them)

Contact: Please contact Muvr Support through the help or support options in the Platform. If you cannot access the Platform, use the support contact methods listed on our website.

5) Alternative formats and reasonable accommodations

Upon request, we will make reasonable efforts to provide information in an alternative format or otherwise assist with access to the Platform, to the extent required by applicable law and feasible given the nature of the request. We may need to verify your identity or booking details to protect your information and prevent fraud.

6) Feedback, resolution process, and timelines

We review accessibility feedback as part of our product and quality processes. When you report an issue, we may:

  • Confirm receipt of your report
  • Ask for additional details to reproduce the issue
  • Provide a workaround if available
  • Prioritize a fix based on severity and impact

We do not guarantee a specific resolution time for every report, but we aim to address high impact issues affecting core flows as quickly as reasonably practicable.

7) No modification of other terms

This Accessibility Statement does not alter the legal terms that govern your use of the Platform, including our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between this statement and those terms, the applicable legal terms control.

8) Updates to this statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

9) Language accessibility

Where we offer translations, they are provided for convenience. If there is a conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

10) Additional accessibility resources

If you would like additional information about accessibility, assistive technologies, or how to use accessibility features on your device, consult your device manufacturer’s support resources.
