1. Overview

Muvr Technologies, Inc. (“Muvr”) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users, including Movers, Haulers, Couriers, Customers, and Employees. Harassment and discrimination of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Muvr platform.

This Anti-Harassment & Anti-Discrimination Policy establishes clear guidelines on unacceptable behavior, reporting procedures, and consequences for violations.

By using the Muvr platform, all users agree to uphold these standards and acknowledge that violations may result in immediate deactivation from the platform.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Muvr has zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination in any form. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

2.1. Harassment

Harassment includes any unwelcome verbal, physical, or visual conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. Examples of harassment include but are not limited to:

  • Verbal abuse, including threats, slurs, insults, or derogatory comments.
  • Sexual harassment, including unwanted advances, suggestive remarks, lewd gestures, or inappropriate touching.
  • Offensive jokes, gestures, or images that create discomfort.
  • Repeated unwanted contact, such as excessive messaging, following, or stalking.
  • Intimidation or bullying, including aggressive behavior or coercion.

2.2. Discrimination

Muvr strictly prohibits discrimination against any user based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. Prohibited discriminatory behaviors include:

  • Refusing to provide or accept services based on someone’s identity.
  • Making derogatory remarks about another person’s background or personal characteristics.
  • Unequal treatment of customers or providers based on race, gender, or other protected categories.

2.3. Retaliation and Hostile Behavior

  • Retaliating against users who report harassment or discrimination is strictly prohibited.
  • Aggressive or threatening behavior towards customers, service providers, or Muvr employees will not be tolerated.

3. Expectations for All Users

3.1. Expectations for Service Providers (Movers, Haulers, Couriers)

  • Treat all customers, colleagues, and Muvr employees with respect and professionalism.
  • Provide equal service to all customers, regardless of personal characteristics or identity.
  • Maintain professional communication and avoid inappropriate or offensive language.
  • Do not engage in unwanted physical contact with customers, coworkers, or the general public.

3.2. Expectations for Customers

  • Treat service providers with respect and communicate professionally.
  • Do not engage in discriminatory or harassing behavior toward service providers.
  • Do not request services that violate this policy (e.g., refusing a provider based on personal characteristics).

4. Reporting Violations

Muvr encourages all users to report instances of harassment or discrimination immediately. Reports can be submitted through:

  1. The Muvr App (Safety & Security section).
  2. Muvr Customer Support via the website or email.
  3. Local law enforcement (for immediate threats or physical safety concerns).

4.1. What to Include in a Report

To ensure a thorough investigation, please provide:

  • Date, time, and location of the incident.
  • Description of what happened, including specific words, actions, or behaviors.
  • Names or descriptions of individuals involved.
  • Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots, photos, or messages.

Muvr takes all reports seriously and investigates each case promptly.

5. Consequences for Violations

5.1. Actions Taken for Policy Violations

If an investigation confirms a violation of this policy, the following actions may be taken:

  • First-time violations may result in warnings, training, or temporary suspension.
  • Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent deactivation from the platform.
  • Legal action or law enforcement involvement for serious threats, violence, or illegal behavior.

5.2. False or Malicious Reports

Muvr takes fraudulent or malicious reports seriously. Users who submit false claims with the intent to harm others or manipulate outcomes may face:

  • Account suspension or permanent deactivation.
  • Legal action for defamation or fraud, if applicable.

6. Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation

6.1. Confidentiality of Reports

Muvr will handle all harassment and discrimination reports confidentially, sharing information only on a need-to-know basis for investigation purposes.

6.2. Protection Against Retaliation

  • Users who report harassment or discrimination in good faith are protected from retaliation.
  • Any attempt to retaliate against a person who filed a report will result in disciplinary action, including permanent account deactivation.

7. Additional Provisions

  • Policy Updates – Muvr reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
  • No Waiver – Failure to enforce any part of this policy does not waive Muvr’s rights.
  • Governing Law – This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

By using the Muvr platform, all service providers and customers acknowledge and agree to this Anti-Harassment & Anti-Discrimination Policy.
