  • Customers who use Muvr to request moving, hauling, junk removal, and delivery services.
  • Service providers (Movers, Haulers, and Couriers) who use Muvr to fulfill customer requests.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that Muvr does not control.

Muvr collects various types of information to facilitate Services, ensure security, and improve platform functionality.

2.1. Information You Provide Directly

  • Payment Information – Credit/debit card details, billing address, and transaction history (processed securely via third-party payment processors).
  • Identity Verification (for Service Providers) – Government-issued ID, business licenses, background check details.
  • Customer Support Interactions – Communications with Muvr support, including messages, emails, and call recordings.

2.2. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage Data – Platform activity, including clicks, page views, app interactions, and order history.
  • Device Information – Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
  • Location Data
    • For Customers – Used to match customers with service providers.
    • For Service Providers – Used to track job locations, optimize routing, and ensure compliance with Muvr policies.
  • Cookies & Tracking Technologies – Used to remember preferences, personalize content, and analyze platform performance.

2.3. Information from Third Parties

  • Referral & Partner Data – If you sign up through a referral or partner service, associated referral details may be collected.
  • Public & Social Media Data – Interactions with Muvr on social media or through third-party integrations.
  • Fraud & Security Screening – Information from background check providers, fraud detection partners, and security databases.

3. How We Use Your Information

Muvr processes personal data to:

  • Provide & Improve Services – Facilitate service requests, match customers with service providers, and enhance user experience.

  • Customers’ names, addresses, and job details are shared with assigned Movers, Haulers, or Couriers to facilitate service fulfillment.
  • Service providers’ names, business details, vehicle types, and ratings may be shared with customers.

4.3. With Third-Party Vendors & Partners

Muvr engages third parties to assist with:

  • Payment processing – Secure transactions via trusted financial institutions.
  • Identity verification & background checks – Compliance and fraud prevention services.
  • Cloud storage & IT security – Secure data storage and platform maintenance.

4.4. For Legal & Security Purposes

Muvr may disclose user data if required by law, including:

  • To prevent fraud, criminal activity, or threats to public safety.
  • To enforce Muvr’s Terms of Use and other platform policies.

Muvr may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or platform operations. Updates will be published on the Muvr app and website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
