1. Contractual Relationship
These Courier Terms & Conditions (“Courier Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Muvr platform as a Courier (“Courier” or “you”), including the applications, websites, content, products, and services (“Technology Services”) made available by Muvr Technologies, Inc., including its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, officers, and directors (collectively, “Muvr”).
By signing up as a Courier on Muvr’s platform, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Courier Terms, as well as Muvr’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies.
These Courier Terms apply to all services you provide through Muvr, including but not limited to:
- Small-item delivery services
- Business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) deliveries

- General courier services for non-restricted items
If any conflict arises between these Courier Terms and Muvr’s Terms of Use, these Courier Terms shall prevail solely with respect to the Courier Services.
Important: Please review the Arbitration Agreement set forth below carefully. This agreement requires you to resolve disputes with Muvr through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, waiving your right to a jury trial or class action.
