Partner Marketing Guidelines

These Partner Marketing Guidelines (“Guidelines”) are published by Muvr Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates (“Muvr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to partners, merchants, affiliates, ambassadors, influencers, and other third parties (“Partners”) who market, promote, co-brand, or otherwise reference Muvr or Muvr Services in any public or customer-facing materials.

These Guidelines exist to protect customers, ensure truthful advertising, maintain brand integrity, and support legal compliance. These Guidelines supplement any applicable agreement you have with Muvr (including Affiliate Program Terms, API and Integrations Terms, or partner contracts). If you have a written agreement with Muvr that conflicts with these Guidelines, the written agreement controls.


1) Core principles

Partners must:

  • market honestly and accurately
  • clearly disclose the relationship with Muvr when required by law
  • protect customer privacy and obtain required marketing consents
  • use only approved brand assets and messaging
  • avoid implying guarantees, insurance coverage, or service availability that is not expressly provided

2) Relationship disclosure and compliance

If you receive any compensation or benefit (commissions, credits, free services, sponsorship), you must clearly disclose your relationship with Muvr as required by law (e.g., FTC endorsement rules).

Disclosures must be:

  • clear and conspicuous
  • near the claim or link
  • in plain language (not hidden in hashtags or footers)

Examples (adapt as needed):

  • “Paid partnership with Muvr.”
  • “I may earn a commission if you book through my link.”

3) Approved claims and prohibited claims

A) You may say (if accurate and current)

  • Muvr is an on-demand marketplace connecting customers with independent providers for moves, deliveries, and junk removal.
  • Service availability varies by location and provider availability.
  • Pricing, promotions, and features may vary by market and are shown at checkout.

B) You may not say

  • “Muvr guarantees the lowest price.”
  • “Muvr is fully insured for any damage” or “damage is always covered.”
  • “Muvr employees will arrive” (Providers are independent contractors).
  • “Guaranteed arrival time” or “guaranteed same-day service” unless Muvr approved in writing.
  • Any health/safety claims that are unverified or misleading.
  • Any claim that implies government endorsement.

You must not describe Muvr policies inaccurately or overpromise refunds, guarantees, coverage, or outcomes.


4) Brand use and co-marketing rules

A) Trademarks and logos

You may use Muvr’s trademarks, logos, and brand assets only:

  • as provided in the partner kit or approved materials, and
  • in compliance with these Guidelines and any partner agreement.

You may not:

  • alter the logo (stretch, recolor, distort, add effects)
  • combine the logo with your marks in a way that implies ownership
  • use confusingly similar marks or “Muvr-like” names

B) Naming rules

You may refer to “Muvr” and “Muvr Technologies, Inc.” only as instructed in approved materials. Do not create “official” pages, handles, or domains.

C) Co-branding

Any co-branded creative (landing pages, emails, flyers, paid ads) must be approved by Muvr in writing if it includes:

  • Muvr logo
  • pricing claims
  • promotions/discounts
  • coverage/liability statements
  • customer-facing policy summaries

5) Paid advertising rules

Unless explicitly approved in writing:

  • do not bid on Muvr brand keywords (including misspellings) in paid search or social ads
  • do not run ads that imply you are Muvr or an official Muvr account
  • do not use “Muvr Support” or similar in ad copy

If you run paid ads with approval:

  • comply with all platform policies and applicable law
  • use approved copy and landing pages
  • avoid deceptive targeting or misleading pricing claims

6) Promotions, referral codes, and incentives

You may not:

  • create your own promotions or discounts
  • modify referral code terms or offer “extra” incentives without approval
  • represent credits as “cash” or “guaranteed”

Only use promotions and referral links/codes issued by Muvr. Promotions are subject to change and may expire.


7) Privacy, consent, and data use

Partners must comply with privacy and marketing laws. You may not:

  • scrape or buy personal data lists for outreach
  • send marketing emails or texts without proper consent
  • share customer data with third parties without authorization
  • misrepresent your data practices

If you collect leads, you must provide your own privacy notice and obtain consent where required.


8) Content standards and restricted content

Partner content must not:

  • include hate, harassment, threats, or discrimination
  • include sexual content involving minors or exploitative content
  • include illegal activity or instructions for wrongdoing
  • include misleading “before/after” claims or fake testimonials
  • use fake reviews or undisclosed endorsements

Partners must follow community standards on the platforms where they post.


9) Reviews and testimonials

If you share testimonials:

  • they must be truthful and typical or clearly labeled as exceptional
  • you must disclose any incentives
  • do not fabricate reviews or pay for fake reviews

10) Crisis communications and press

You may not speak on behalf of Muvr. If you receive media inquiries or customer complaints that could become public:

  • refer them to Muvr Support or Muvr’s press contact
  • do not issue statements implying official company positions

11) Enforcement and takedowns

If we believe your content violates these Guidelines, we may:

  • require edits or removal
  • suspend or terminate partner program participation
  • withhold commissions/benefits where permitted
  • pursue legal remedies for misuse of trademarks or deceptive marketing

12) Updates to these Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of Muvr Partner materials or participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines to the extent permitted by law.
