What’s Included in Every Move
Every Muvr move includes the crew’s labor, a moving truck appropriate for your home size, moving blankets and pads to protect furniture, and loading and unloading at both ends. There’s no nickel-and-diming for standard services.
- Licensed, background-checked 2-person crew
- Moving truck sized to your home

- Basic furniture disassembly/reassembly (beds, tables)
Insurance and Liability
All Muvr moves include basic liability coverage of $0.60 per pound per item — the standard regulated rate for carriers. For higher-value items, you can purchase full-value protection through Muvr.
- Basic liability: $0.60/lb per item (standard)
- Full-value protection: available at booking
- $500 deductible on full-value plans
- Claims process: file within 30 days of delivery
What’s NOT Included by Default
Some services are add-ons and are not included in the base price unless you select them at booking.
- Packing and unpacking service (+$99–$299)
- Packing materials (boxes, tape, wrap)
- Long-distance moves: gas and mileage surcharges
- Specialty items (piano, safe, pool table)
- Storage-in-transit (if needed between moves)
How Billing Works
Muvr charges upfront at booking based on your selected service. There are no surprise fees at the end. If your move takes longer than estimated, you’ll be notified before any additional charges are added.
