Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Muvr Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Muvr Technologies, Inc. (“Muvr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “Partner,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our general Terms of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
1. Program Overview
The Muvr Affiliate Program enables approved individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring new customers to Muvr using their unique referral link or code. Commissions are paid based on the net value of completed, eligible transactions made by referred customers.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Reside in a country where participation is legally permitted.
- Provide valid tax and payment information.
- Be approved by Muvr through our official application process.
Muvr reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its sole discretion.
3. Referral Link & Tracking
- You will be provided with a unique referral link or code upon acceptance.
- You must use this link or code in all marketing, promotional, or sharing efforts.
- Only first-time Muvr customers who complete and pay for a transaction using your referral will qualify as valid referrals.
- You will receive credit for all future purchases made by your referred customers, subject to continued compliance with these Terms.
4. Commission Structure & Payouts
Commissions are paid weekly via Stripe according to the following monthly referral revenue tiers:

| Growth | $1,000 – $4,999 | 7.5% |
| Elite | $5,000+ | 10% |
- Commissions are based on net revenue received by Muvr after discounts, fees, chargebacks, and refunds.
- Tier status resets at the start of each calendar month.
- Weekly payouts reflect your tier status as of that week’s cumulative revenue.
- You are responsible for submitting and maintaining accurate payment and tax information.
Muvr is not liable for lost or delayed payments due to incorrect or outdated information.
5. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain program integrity, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in termination, forfeiture of commissions, and legal action:
- Self-referrals or referring individuals under false pretenses.
- Using deceptive or misleading marketing tactics.
- Bidding on Muvr brand terms in paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) without prior written approval.
- Promoting Muvr through spam, bots, misleading claims, or unauthorized endorsements.
- Misrepresenting your relationship with Muvr.
We reserve the right to withhold commissions if fraud, abuse, or non-compliance is suspected.
6. Tax Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for complying with tax regulations in your jurisdiction. If required, you must submit valid tax documentation (e.g., IRS W-9 for U.S. partners) before receiving payments exceeding reporting thresholds.
7. Branding & Use of Intellectual Property
- You may only use approved Muvr logos, messaging, and materials provided by our team or partner portal.
- You may not alter, modify, or use Muvr branding in ways that could cause confusion or imply a false relationship with the company.
- Muvr reserves the right to request removal of any content that misuses its brand or violates its policies.
8. Reporting & Portal Access
Muvr will provide access to reporting tools or email summaries showing your:
- Referral activity
- Earnings and payouts
- Tier status
If portal access is temporarily unavailable, this information will be provided via email.
9. No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in the Program does not guarantee earnings. Your success depends on your marketing efforts, compliance with these Terms, and the quality of referred traffic. Muvr does not guarantee conversion rates or commission thresholds.
10. Liability & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muvr Technologies, Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, or disputes arising from:
- Misrepresentation of Muvr’s services or brand
- Customer complaints stemming from your referral
- Unauthorized or unlawful activities in connection with the Program
Muvr is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by you or your referred users, nor is Muvr responsible for service outcomes, customer disputes, or rejected claims related to insurance coverage.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:
- You will no longer earn commissions on future referrals.
- Muvr will pay any earned and approved commissions up to the termination date.
- You must cease using all Muvr promotional materials and branding immediately.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, regardless of conflict of law principles. Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, they will be settled by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
13. Changes to These Terms
Muvr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or posted directly on the Program page. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
