Last Updated: 03/15/2025
1. Contractual Relationship
These Hauler Terms & Conditions (“Hauler Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Muvr platform as a Hauler (“Hauler” or “you”), including the applications, websites, content, products, and services (“Technology Services”) provided by Muvr Technologies, Inc., including its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, officers, and directors (collectively, “Muvr”).
By signing up as a Hauler on Muvr’s platform, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Hauler Terms, as well as Muvr’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies.
These Hauler Terms apply to all services you provide through Muvr, including but not limited to:
- Junk removal services (household items, furniture, appliances, debris, etc.)
- Bulk disposal services (commercial waste, estate cleanouts, warehouse clearances, etc.)
- Recycling and donation drop-offs (approved items delivered to charities or recycling centers)
- General hauling services (non-hazardous item transport)
If any conflict arises between these Hauler Terms and Muvr’s Terms of Use, these Hauler Terms shall prevail solely with respect to the Hauler Services.
Important: Please review the Arbitration Agreement set forth below carefully. This agreement requires you to resolve disputes with Muvr through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, waiving your right to a jury trial or class action.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
As a Hauler, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of Muvr.
- You have full discretion to accept, reject, or ignore job requests.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and expenses incurred while using the platform.
- You are not entitled to employee benefits, including but not limited to wages, overtime pay, health insurance, workers’ compensation, or retirement benefits.
Nothing in these Hauler Terms shall be construed as creating an employment relationship between you and Muvr. Muvr does not control your schedule, routes, or pricing, except as required for marketplace functionality.
