Terms of Use
Last Updated: March 15, 2025
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Muvr Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates (“Muvr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including any services arranged through the Platform such as moving, delivery/courier services, and junk removal/hauling (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, booking Services, submitting content, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Important: These Terms include limitations of liability, disclaimers, and dispute resolution provisions. Please read carefully.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

Muvr is a technology marketplace that connects Customers with independent Providers. Muvr does not directly perform moving, hauling, or delivery services unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific program.
Providers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Muvr. Muvr does not control the manner or means by which Providers perform Services, except for Platform rules, safety requirements, and policy compliance.

Booking scope is defined by what you submit and what is shown at checkout and in the booking confirmation.

Cancellations and related fees are governed by the Cancellation Policy. Customer no-shows and inaccessible jobs are governed by the No Show and Inaccessible Job Policy.
Providers may close out jobs when work cannot proceed due to customer-controlled conditions, unsafe sites, or prohibited items.
8) Tips and gratuities
Tips are optional and governed by the Tips and Gratuities Policy. Tips may be processed through the Platform and paid to Providers as shown.
Tips are not refunds and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Muvr determines a verified platform error occurred.
9) Prohibited items; safety; on-site conditions
You may not use the Platform to transport, move, remove, or dispose of prohibited items. Prohibited and restricted items are governed by applicable policies.
You must maintain safe on-site conditions (clear paths, secured pets, safe access). Providers may stop work if conditions are unsafe or unlawful.
10) Content; reviews; user-generated materials
If you submit Content, you represent you have rights to do so and it does not violate law or third-party rights.

- Muvr does not guarantee Provider availability, completion times, or outcomes
- Muvr does not guarantee that items will not be damaged or that disputes will be resolved in your favor

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Muvr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm)

If not otherwise specified, disputes will be governed by Delaware law and resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware administered by AAA, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, fraud, or security issues.
Some jurisdictions allow you to opt out of arbitration or require certain notices; where required, Muvr will comply.
20) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
