User Generated Content Terms

These User Generated Content Terms are published by Muvr Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates (“Muvr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to your use of our websites, mobile applications, and related services (the “Platform”).

These terms govern content that users submit, post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Platform (“User Content”). These terms apply to all users, including customers, providers, business users, merchants, and partners.

These terms supplement and are incorporated into our other policies and agreements, including the Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Copyright and IP Policy.

1) What counts as User Content

“User Content” includes, without limitation:

  • photos, videos, audio, and other media
  • messages, chat content, and communications submitted through the Platform
  • reviews, ratings, comments, and feedback
  • text, descriptions, item lists, job notes, and special instructions
  • support submissions, incident reports, and claim submissions
  • profile information you choose to provide (such as a profile photo)
  • any other content you submit through Platform features

User Content does not include content owned by Muvr or its licensors, or data generated by the Platform that is not submitted by you.

2) Ownership and responsibility

You retain ownership of the User Content you submit, subject to the licenses you grant in these terms.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that:

  • you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit it
  • it is accurate where accuracy is required (for example, job details, claim submissions)
  • it does not violate any law or our policies
  • it does not infringe any third party rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights)

3) License you grant to us

By submitting User Content, you grant Muvr a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content:

  • to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
  • to facilitate and complete services, including sharing limited content with other users for coordination (for example, job photos and access notes)
  • to prevent fraud, enforce policies, resolve disputes, and investigate safety incidents
  • to provide customer support and claims processing
  • to comply with law and protect rights, safety, and security
  • to create aggregated, deidentified, or anonymized insights where permitted by law
  • to market and promote the Platform, including featuring reviews or testimonials, subject to applicable law and any opt out mechanisms we provide

This license continues for as long as your User Content is stored on or used in connection with the Platform and may continue after you stop using the Platform to the extent necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety, and legitimate business operations.

4) Moral rights and attribution

To the extent permitted by law, you waive and agree not to assert any moral rights, rights of attribution, or similar rights you may have in your User Content against Muvr and its affiliates, including in connection with edits, formatting changes, or use consistent with the license above.

Where required by law, we do not require a waiver of rights that cannot legally be waived.

5) User Content sharing and visibility

Some User Content may be visible to other users depending on context:

  • A customer may share job notes, item photos, and access instructions with a provider assigned to the booking.
  • A provider may share completion photos, proof of delivery, disposal documentation, and job notes with the customer or business account.
  • Reviews and ratings may be shown publicly or to other users as part of trust, safety, and quality features.
  • Support messages and claim documentation may be shared with relevant parties (for example, insurers, claims administrators, repair professionals, dispute resolution partners) as needed to handle the matter.

We do not guarantee confidentiality of User Content that you choose to share through public or semi public features, such as reviews.

6) Prohibited User Content

You may not submit User Content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
  • is threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive
  • includes sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, or any content involving minors
  • includes personal information of others without a lawful basis or appropriate consent (for example, doxxing)
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • contains malware, malicious code, or instructions for wrongdoing
  • is spam, scams, phishing, or unwanted advertising
  • includes confidential or proprietary information you are not authorized to disclose
  • is used to coordinate off Platform payments or fee avoidance

We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these terms or our other policies.

7) Accuracy and integrity requirements for claims and safety reports

If you submit User Content related to:

  • damage claims
  • incident reports
  • safety complaints
  • identity verification
  • proof of delivery, proof of disposal, or completion documentation

you agree the information must be truthful, complete, and not misleading. Submitting false or manipulated evidence may result in enforcement action, including denial of claims, suspension, termination, provider deactivation, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

8) Reviews and ratings rules

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences and must not:

  • include hate, harassment, discrimination, threats, or personal attacks
  • include private personal information about others
  • be used to extort refunds, tips, discounts, or other benefits
  • be purchased, traded, coordinated, or otherwise manipulated
  • be retaliatory based on protected characteristics or reporting

We may remove reviews or adjust how they are displayed or counted if we believe they violate policy, are unreliable, or are part of manipulation or abuse.

9) Monitoring and moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, screen, or remove User Content. We reserve the right to:

  • remove, restrict, edit, or disable access to User Content
  • limit visibility of User Content
  • preserve User Content for investigations, legal compliance, safety, and dispute resolution
  • take enforcement action against accounts that violate these terms

We may use automated tools and human review for moderation, fraud detection, safety, and quality purposes, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

10) Copyright, takedowns, and repeat infringers

If you believe content infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, see our Copyright and IP Policy for how to submit notices and counter notices.

In appropriate circumstances and consistent with applicable law, we may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

11) Removal, deletion, and retention

You may be able to delete certain User Content through the Platform, but deletion may not be immediate or complete in all cases. We may retain User Content:

  • as needed to provide services or maintain records
  • to comply with legal obligations
  • to prevent fraud and abuse
  • to resolve disputes, claims, and chargebacks
  • to support safety investigations and enforcement

Backups and archived copies may persist for a limited period due to technical and legal reasons.

12) Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform (“Feedback”), you agree that:

  • Feedback is voluntary and provided without expectation of compensation
  • we may use Feedback for any purpose without restriction or obligation to you
  • we may incorporate Feedback into products and services without credit

13) Third party rights and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for User Content you submit and to reimburse Muvr for losses, claims, or demands arising from your User Content or your violation of these terms, including infringement or privacy claims, except to the extent caused by Muvr’s own unlawful conduct or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted.

14) No guarantee of publication

We do not guarantee that any User Content will be posted, displayed, or remain available. We may remove or restrict User Content at any time consistent with our policies, safety needs, legal obligations, and Platform integrity.

15) Updates

We may update these User Generated Content Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
